The ProBuildTeam^SM competes in every construction market segment that range from 1,000 square feet to over 900,000 square feet for base building, additions, renovations, interior construction, phased construction, construction in occupied facilities and custom residential projects.

A full Quality Management Plan covering design and construction functions both on and off site, including but not limited to: designing, procuring, shipping, handling, storing, sampling, fabricating, installing, constructing, assembling, inspecting and testing by in-house personnel or an independent third party consultant is provided where required to maintain the overall quality of the project.

Our reputation as a General Contractor is maintained through complete client satisfaction. We find that client satisfaction is achieved by professional team work with select architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers. We find that our approach allow us to secure a significant portion of our projects from repeat clients, and through negotiated, select bid, or best value procurement contracts.

Our Safety Specialist is assigned to oversee each project to provide objective job site inspections and safety meetings with subcontractors. The Project Manager and Superintendent are also responsible for enforcing the company wide safety program. All on-site personnel have been trained in OSHA requirements and have excellent safety records.

Design Build

Accepting total responsibility for the design and construction of a complex and demanding project is the ultimate test for any construction company. The ProBuildTeam^SM experience reflects that Design/Build offers the best means for an owner to control costs and schedule for a given project. Most importantly, as your Design/Builder, the ProBuildTeam^SM provides a single point of accountability for all architectural, engineering and pre-construction issues related to your project such as permit acquisition, utility authorization, systems analysis, consultant coordination, etc. Among many other benefits, this relieves the Owner of having to expend large amounts of time and money soliciting and supervising architects, engineers, specialty sub consultants, and contractors. Total responsibility is contractually in the hands of one party, usually at a guaranteed fixed price.

General Contractor

The Bella Luna Services, Inc. ProBuildTeam^SM is a full service General Contractor, so we can provide complete client satisfaction. Although we are able to provide a significant portion of the work through our internal teams of professionals, we also utilize subcontractors who are specialists in their field perform the majority of the work. Our long-standing relationships with subcontractors and suppliers provide us with both flexibility and cost effectiveness. Our flexibility in structuring contracts allows us to perform on lump-sum bid, cost plus, GMP, or other pricing alternatives.

Construction Management

Quality construction is the end-result of extensive interaction by the ProBuildTeam^SM. When you select the ProBuildTeam^SM as your Construction Manager, our experienced staff will work with you and your architect using a full complement of pre-construction and construction services. With the most advanced estimating, scheduling, and value engineering systems available, we will monitor costs and schedule throughout the design phase to ensure a final product that satisfies our client's goals.
