Sales Professionals: To Various Industries

We have several new positions that are currently open. These positions are responsible for relationship building and selling our numerous services within the various industry segments noted below. The roles provide opportunities for profitable revenue generation, territory growth and ongoing account management.

Separate positions are currently open for properly qualified candidates within the following industry segments:
 
  • Homeowners and Condominium Associations & Property Management Firms
  • Banking & Financial Services
  • Concierge/ Home Watch Services
  • Hospitality, Hotels & Resorts
  • Interior Designers
  • Medical Facilities: Hospitals, Clinics & Offices
  • Realtors & Commercial Real Estate Brokers
  • Commercial Property Owners, Developers, Brokers & Managers
  • Restaurants, Bars & Entertainment Venues
  • Government Facilities: Federal, State & Municipality
  • Insurance Companies & Adjusters

Compensation:

We will discuss our industry-leading compensation program with qualified candidates.

Bonuses and awards are also available for superior performance.

Training:

We provide initial and on-going product and service training, but candidates with sales and operational experience in construction and/or facility maintenance will find their experience to be very useful.

We expect qualified candidates to already be trained sales professionals. The abilities to communicate exceptionally well, to build a rapport and bond of trust with customers and prospects over the telephone and in person, and to provide timely and accurate contracts and follow-up, are essential skills for these positions.

Responsibilities:

If you are professional in appearance and demeanor, technology savvy, self-driven and motivated, please consider the following responsibilities related to these positions:
 
  • Achieve territory volume objectives by signing new clients through new business prospecting, networking and other lead-generation methods and tools.
  • Although leads may be provided from time to time, these positions are for candidates who can develop their own leads and contacts, and convert them to “customers for life”.
  • Manage a territory through relationship management and active pipeline management.
  • Accurate prepare weekly forecasts and daily updates of sales and customer information utilizing Salesforce.com.
  • Account management and growth through active engagement.
  • Communication of our product and service offerings and resources at applicable industry conferences, trade shows, seminars and networking events.
  • Achieve territory goals set by the Manager.

Qualifications:
  • Ability to manage for aggressive growth with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Ability to network, develop and maintain relationships with key decision makers.
  • Strategic ability to recruit qualified sales staff to increase sales force.
  • Demonstrated strength with sales closings using strong interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of strategic planning, forecasting and budgeting.
  • Ability to work independently and productively.
  • Ability to reflect a positive attitude and disciplined work ethic.
  • Ability to understand, prepare cost estimates and present technical material.
  • Must have a cell phone, laptop computer and above average computer skills in Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel, plus ability to learn CRM applications as needed.
  • Must have reliable transportation, vehicle insurance and a valid driver’s license.
