I want an estimate. What is the process?
alt
Its a simple and efficient process. When you call one of our telephone numbers below, we will schedule a time that is convenient for you to meet with us at your home or business. We will meet to discuss your goals and objectives for the project, and we can discuss some of the alternatives for helping you achieve your goals. We will then prepare a written estimate, detailing for you the specific processes, procedures, services, products and prices for the project.

We are a fully licensed General Contactor, and we are bonded and insured, including liability and workers compensation insurance. In fact our Sales Associates will be happy to show you our license and insurance certificates when they meet with you.

alt
Is one paver manufacturer better than another?
alt
No, all paver manufacturers are required to meet industry specifications. Different manufacturers do offer various alternative styles, products and specifications.

alt
What are 1" pavers used for?
alt
1" pavers are used to re-surface existing concrete surfaces like pool decks, patios and walkways. 1" pavers can be installed on driveways, but we do not recommend it and can not warranty against cracking.

alt
What are 2 3/8" pavers used for?
alt
2 3/8" pavers are primarily used for new driveways, walkways, pool decks and lanais, during a new construction project. In some circumstances they can be used for re-surfacing or remodel projects when existing elevations permit.

alt
Does the shape of the pavers affect price?
alt
In most cases no, although some manufacturers do charge for particular shapes.

alt
Does the color of pavers affect price?
alt
Yes it does. Lighter colored pavers in the pastel range (with a white base) are more expensive than the darker earth tone colors (gray base).

alt
What is the difference between Gray and White base pavers?
alt
Gray and white base refers to the type of cement used to manufacture the pavers. White cement is a more costly raw material.

alt
Does the design or laying pattern affect the price?
alt
No it does not, although if a custom design or pattern is desired, additional labor hours are required so there will be an additional labor charge.

alt
What is the typical lead time on pavers (how long will it take to have my pavers made and delivered)?
alt
Each of our manufacturers have different lead times on production. Some are as short as 4 weeks, while others can be as long as 14 weeks. Occasionally small orders(100-400sf.) can be found in stock. But, lead times are only estimated dates of production and we can not guarantee the availability of material.

alt
How long will it take to complete the job?
alt
Every job is different and has its own requirements to reach completion. But, on average most projects take 5-7 working days from the time that we begin our installation.

alt
What is sealer and what are its advantages?

alt
Sealer is a protective coating applied to the pavers. This coating helps prevent staining and fading of the pavers. The first coating is most important because the majority of the sealer is absorbed by the brick. A second top coating can be applied in about 3 to 5 years, depending on sun exposure, to bring back its sheen. It is safe to use your pavers 24 hours after the sealer application.
